Feelings on the CCA which I am posted to.

I was posted to NPCC. The CCA which I wanted to go to was table tennis. I think that I did quite well during the table tennis trials. However, there are a lot of people better than me. Table tennis was my first choice while NPCC was my last choice. I am currently appealing out of NPCC because I cannot go to a CCA which will expose me to sunlight as this will further worsen my skin problem. I was actually looking forward to the CCA posting when the results are not our yet. However, when the results are out, I was very disappointed because I did not get my favorite CCA. I have a suggestion for the school, that is to allow all these elite sport to have a recreational team so that people like me who love to play example table tennis will be able to have the sport as his CCA. I also understand that other CCAs may not have enough people. Thus I recommend that the recreational team be a second CCA and that it is optional so that those who cannot cope or those whose first CCA clashes with the time of the second CCA do not join it. In this way, there will be enough people for each CCA and also everyone will be able to join the CCA which they would like to join. I do think the NPCC is a good CCA as it can make us very fit and well-prepared for the National Service. It is truly a pity for me. However, I have no choice as I have the skin problem. I hope to get an indoor CCA.
